Work with us!
Our peer mentor team is comprised of similar-aged young adults with diverse backgrounds in creative industries, education, and allied health. A peer mentor provides social modelling, individualised guidance and support to the young adults on the spectrum engaged in Chill programs. Peer mentors are “fellow travellers” within each program, embarking on the Chill journey alongside our participants and providing cultural relevancy for social skill development.
