Autism Life Skills Class

Chill Life

Activities of daily living (ADL’s) are the skills and habits necessary for independent living. Chill Life is an innovative, intensive life skills coaching program for young adults 18 plus on the autism spectrum.

The program focuses on 6 key life areas and the skills a young person needs in the transition from partial to full independence. Peer mentoring is a crucial element in this program providing young adults with the necessary role models (other than family members or carers) to facilitate daily living skill acquisition.
