Chill Sport
Chill Sport is an innovative, sport and physical coaching program for young adults 18 plus on the autism spectrum. The program focuses on physical exercise through games to improve physical and cognitive capacity.
Peer mentoring is a crucial element to this program providing participants with role models to support and encourage participation. Physical exercise enhances physical and emotional well-being, boosts self-esteem and improves social skills.
This is a highly fun program for all levels of fitness. All participants receive a customised (name and number) Chill jersey to take them through the term. The 10-week term culminates in the Chill Sport tournament where teams will compete for fantastic prizes.
